We have towers that reach many rural areas, including Freedom Hills, 8-Mile and Nicolson’s Little Farm.

My Internet is down what do I do?
You can start by power cycling (unplugging) your router and power brick for your dish. Wait 10sec and plug your dish back in and your router after another 30 sec. You can always call us at 307.685.8855 and we can help walk you through these steps or assist if these steps do not resolve the issue.
I think my speed is too slow, why is this?
Try using our speed test provided here to check your speeds. If you are seeing numbers below your plan try power cycling your router and dish and run another test. If the issue still persist give our tech support a call at 307.685.8855 and they can assist you further to get you back to the speeds you need!
How does the Collins Internet Referral program work?
For each household you invite, we’ll credit your account with a month of your internet service once your friend signs up for any Collins Internet Plan. Only new customers are eligible and must let our team know at the time they sign up that they have been refereed to Collins by you!
Does the Collins Internet Referral Plan have a limit?
We have no limit on the number of times you can take advantage of our program as long as you meet the requirements you are eligible to receive a free month every time!
Can I get Collins Internet at my house?
While we do offer reliable internet to most of Northeastern Wyoming, services are not available in all areas and some restrictions do apply.
